You are bidding for a 1982 Porsche 911 3.0 SC in midnight metallic blue with full 964 bodykit and 17" Porsche alloys. Imported from a dealership in Holland and it has 1 UK owner. HPI Clear
Features: Higher BHP later 3.0 SC engine (197 rather than 176), Full Carrera 2 (964 look) bodykit including: side skirts/front bumper/rear bumper/whale tail replaced with flush spoiler, 17" porsche alloys, tear drop mirrors, half leather pinstripe style seats, electric windows/sunroof, rear stainless exhaust trim
Mechanical work in last 3 years: Clutch replaced, new starter motor, new battery, front discs and pads replaced, oil cooler replaced, rear handbrake shoes replaced, electric sunroof repaired, drivers electric window repaired, front seats re-trimmed, oil recently changed
Known faults: There is a slight crunch when changing into secound gear- this can be avoided by depressing the clutch fully during this change- may require 2nd gear synchromesh, but apart from that it runs well and no unusual mechanical noises can be heard/felt. The passanger side tear drop mirror is missing its glass and requires repainting. Small areas of paint-see below
Condition: Overall is good, interior is clean with some obvious wear on floor mats. The paintwork needs a small amount of attention with a fair amount of stone chips on the front bumper. There is a patch of rust on the drivers door which appears to be only surface rust and is treatable. There is a small patch of rust along panel where front wipers are, this appears treatable also. I estimate the paintwork would cost around £450 to make the car look superb again.
Paperwork: I have very little paperwork or service history, I do have the logbook, it also has a new MOT. There is currently no road tax on the car, as it is not currently being used.
